Hello, I’m Stephanie

I work with adults who are navigating a variety of mental health and life challenges, including symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. My focus extends to helping clients improve relationships, communication, boundaries, self-acceptance, confidence, and emotional management. I’m passionate about supporting individuals across diverse backgrounds, including those with ADHD, FASD, ASD, and other neurodiversities, recognizing and embracing the unique experiences and perspectives each person brings.

My Approach

Are you feeling disconnected, stuck, or uncertain about the path ahead? Together, we’ll explore what "not this" might mean for you and begin defining what you truly want. My approach centers on helping you connect with your values and aspirations, while learning to manage the thoughts, emotions, and habits that can stand in the way. I draw on methods from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with a trauma-informed lens to create a personalized, compassionate approach. Whether you’re familiar with these approaches or not, my goal is to make therapy feel accessible, helping you build practical skills, gain insight, and move toward the life you envision.

Professional Background

I bring two decades of experience working with adults and youth in mental health and neurodiversity. My background includes clinical and community-based work, where I’ve honed my skills in various evidence-based therapies. I’m deeply committed to respecting each person’s unique strengths and life experiences, using these as the foundation for a collaborative, growth-oriented therapeutic experience.

Outside the Office

Beyond my work, I’m a lover of life’s simple joys. I enjoy spending time outdoors, connecting with friends, and staying curious about new ideas and perspectives. You might find me catching up on podcasts, experimenting with a new recipe, or simply enjoying the quiet moments that bring balance and peace. I believe in the importance of personal growth and aim to bring a grounded, balanced perspective into my life and work.
