Experienced Trauma and Behavioral Therapy Support

Audra brings extensive clinical expertise and a unique educational background to Broken Gold Counseling, holding Master's degrees in both Social Work and Counseling Psychology. Her approach blends warmth, accountability, and evidence-based care to help clients move beyond feeling stuck and toward meaningful progress. Audra works with adults, adolescents, couples, and trauma survivors using modalities such as CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. She is particularly passionate about helping clients develop practical tools that improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and support long-term well-being. Through collaborative goal setting and structured therapeutic work, Audra helps clients create sustainable behavioral change while honoring the resilience already present within them.

Specialized Support for Neurodiversity and Emotional Wellness

Stephanie brings more than 20 years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and helping clients navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Her clinical focus includes ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, FASD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and personal growth. Stephanie's approach emphasizes practical strategies, skill development, and values-based action that clients can apply in everyday life. By integrating evidence-based therapies such as DBT and ACT, she helps clients better understand their experiences while building confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Stephanie's commitment to creating supportive and inclusive therapeutic spaces has made her a trusted resource for many individuals seeking guidance through life's transitions and challenges.
